M&E Project Manager

Job Role

The team are currently working with one of the UKs leading M&E contractors who are working for some of the most prestigious Tier 1 contractors such as Berkeley Group, Multiplex others.

They are looking for an Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to join the business on their commercial sector.

With a record company turnover of around five hundred million as a whole this is a brilliant chance to progress with a business that looks after their staff long term. With this particular sector they are looking to triple in size within the next 18 months.

Duties

• Reporting into a Contracts Manager 
• Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office
• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
• Dealing with sub - contractors
• Responsible for M&E teams such as Managers & Supervisors.
• Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports
• Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred 
• Has experience within commercial projects
• Previous experience as a mechanical & electrical project lead
• Stable CV
• Must have experience within residential schemes
• Understanding of the commercial aspect of construction
