Company Overview
Streamline Services are dealing with one of London’s leading M&E contractor’s who have a strong pipeline for their Data Centre Division.
This is a great chance to join a great M&E contractor with a proven track record within the industry covering sectors such as, Data Centre’s, Life Sciences & Commercial projects.
Duties
- Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager
- Attendance of meetings on-site
- Commissioning of Mechanical Systems
- Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
- Responsible for Dealing with sub – contractors
- Installation of Chilled Water Systems
- Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical packages
- Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client
Requirements
- SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
- Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred
- Has experience within Data Centre Projects
- Previous experience as an Mechanical Construction Manager
- Stable CV
- Must have a good understanding of the Data Centre Sector
