**About the Role:**

As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will be pivotal in steering the electrical aspects of a £30 million M&E project currently in its pre-construction phase. Reporting directly to the M&E Project Director, who is mechanically biased, you will take the lead on the electrical side, ensuring seamless integration and execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage all electrical project activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Director and other stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Lead a team of electrical engineers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
