Mechanical Project Manager (Data Centre)
£80,000 - £95,000 per annum

Streamline Recruitment are partnered with a leading M&E contractor who have a great reputation within Commercial & Data Centre projects in Europe & London.
Our client are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team on a Data Centre project in Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is wanting to join a reputable computable company that offer career development & progression all whilst working on prestigious projects.
Duties
- Reporting into a Mechanical Contracts Manager
- Overseeing full mechanical packages
- Liaising with a Pre - Construction Managers
- Overseeing sub - contractors
- Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports
- Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation
Requirements
- SMSTS
- Must have experience with commercial projects
- Experienced with Data Centre or Commercial projects
- Working for a sub - contractor is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to travel to or within Europe
- Previous experience with working with a M&E Contractor is essential
- Be able demonstrate experience in working to deadlines and delivering works on time
- Understanding of Microsoft Project systems
