Junior Revit MEP Technician

Our client are an M&E Building Services Contractor providing Design & Build Heating / Ventilation / Air conditioning / Electrical Lighting / Power / Fire Alarms & Security.
They develop MEP Consultants RIBA Stage 4 technical drawings into a fully co-ordinated design
RIBA Stage 5 ready for on-site installation,
this would involve redesigning services to suit on-site conditions through our in-house M&E engineers and specialist sub-contractors.
Primary Programs used Revit 2025 & Autocad 2025.
- Producing 2D MEP drawings from consultants / sub-contractors design or from in-house engineers’ mark-ups.
- Producing fully co-ordinated MEP 3D Models – Combining Architectural / Structural / MEP Consultants designs.
- Site visits to discuss design issues.
- Site surveys to establish on-site conditions.
- Teams Meetings to discuss project with the design team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Revit MEP minimum 1 year full time.
- Autocad minimum 1 year full time.
