£65,000 per annum 

The company I am currently recruiting for, through steady managed expansion, have grown into a £50M business which delivers Electrical and Mechanical installations with in the commercial industry. Focused on quality of service and the installations produced, the company have an enviable reputation in their market sector.

The Company undertakes all aspects of Electrical and Mechanical engineering as Principal or Trade Contractor, in combined or single discipline, from initial design to completion. Our client aims to complete projects to the highest standard, on time and within budget. 

Duties: 

• Reporting into a  Project Manager 
• Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office
• Dealing with sub contractors
• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
• Dealing with sub - contractors
• Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports
• Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation.

Requirements: 

• SSSTS/SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred 
• Has experience within commercial projects
• Previous experience as a mechanical project lead
• Stable CV
• Understanding of Commercial Projects
