Our Client are currently looking for a Electrical Project Manager to work on a large Hyper Scale Data Centre in West London
Our client are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare, Education & Commercial.
Duties
Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager
Attendance of meetings on-site
Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
Overseeing technical submittals
Dealing with sub - contractors
Responsible for QA works for the Electrical packages.
Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client
Requirements
SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed.
Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred.
Has experience within commercial projects – Data Centres preferred.
Previous experience as a Electrical Project Manager required
Stable CV – 3 years minimum
Must have a good understanding of Data Centre or commercial projects.
