2D MEP CAD Coordinator

Position: 2D MEP CAD Coordinator (Revit training)
Location: City of London
Reporting to: CAD Manager

Responsibilities:

• Transform MEP design layouts into accurate Construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Draft various Mechanical & Electrical systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Interpret hand-drawn sketches, incorporating changes with minimal supervision.
• Conduct site surveys to ensure drawn information accuracy throughout the project.

Qualities & Skills Required:

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of CAD standards.
• Building services environment experience with an understanding of Mechanical & Electrical engineering terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills, including proficiency in document management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Self-motivated, responsible, with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Flexible attitude towards work and hours.
