About
Hi, my name is Sam Warren. I work at Streamline Recruitment in their London offices. I head up the construction and M&E division of Streamline Recruitment. My team cover roles on a freelance a permanent basis. We work with Operational, Commercial and Technical Staff at all levels as well as Trade and Labour staff. I personally will work within the M&E sector within these roles managing the full process.
I personally come from a plumbing background which I really enjoyed, however, wanted to see what other options would be available to me. I moved into recruitment initially specializing within the residential new build and social housing maintenance sectors. I then moved to Streamline Recruitment in 2017 where I managed the growth of our M&E and Construction divisions as well as training and coaching staff internally to help them forward in their careers.
One of my biggest values is honesty/integrity and trust. I think it is something needed in any relationship. Something that is very easy to lose and once lost, very difficult to rebuild. I am a West Ham fan which I have found to be very character-building over the years. Over the last few years, I have started playing more golf which I have really enjoyed.
